Personal Data

  1. The Data Controller of your personal data is the Data Controller.
  2. Processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
  3. A User gives his/her consent to processing his/her personal data provided voluntarily in the forms for the purposes resulting from the function of a given form, e.g. to contact the Data Controller, enquiries about services, providing services related to a given application etc.
  4. When you visit the Website, some data are collected automatically, e.g. the User’s IP, domain name, type of a browser, operational system etc, (login details). These data can be used for the analysis of the users’ activity on the Website, collecting demographics or targeting. These data are not associated with particular individuals visiting the Website but are processed solely for the purpose of the Website administration.

  7. The Data Controller uses proper technical and organizational means to ensure safety of the personal data provided by the User, in particular preventing third parties from having access to them or processing them.
  8. Personal data will be stored for the period required for the performance of a given service. If the User does not decide on using the Data Controller services, his/her data will be deleted within 30 days from the provision of the personal data.
  9. Only authorized persons who are obliged to confidentiality and the companies with whom relevant agreements have been signed have access to personal data. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of GDPR.
  10. The Data Controller informs that he did not appoint the Data Protection Officer and that he performs independently the duties related to personal data processing.
  11. The basis for processing the personal data provided by the User constitutes his/her consent to processing his/her personal data. The consent is given by filling in a relevant form.
  12. The personal data provided by the User may be revealed to authorized public authorities in connection with the proceedings carried out by them, at their request and after fulfilling the conditions confirming the need for obtaining such data from us.

Information Provided in the Forms

  1. The Data Collector collects information provided voluntarily by the User.
  2. The data provided in a form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a given form.
    1. Contact form in the tab Contact for contacts relating to the provision of services or products. The following data are collected through this form:
      1. First name and last name
      2. E-mai address
      3. Enquiry subject and content
    2. Booking form in the tab Booking pertaining to verifying availability and confirming booking dates. The following data are collected through this form:
      1. First name and last name
      2. Contact details for responding (e-mail address or telephone number)
      3. Check-in and check-out dates
      4. Other information related to booking
  3. The User provides his/her data voluntarily, however it is necessary for achieving a goal or taking up activities connected with their provision.

Technologies

  1. The Data Controller may use technologies which track the User’s operations within the Website
    1. Google Analytics – for statistics analysis
    2. Pixel Facebook – to manage adverisements and for marketing purposes.

Server Logs

  1. Information on some activities performer by the User is maintained by a server.
  2. These data are used solely for service administration and ensuring most efficient provision of hosting services.
  3. The resources viewed are identified by URL addresses. Furthermore, the following information may be recorded:
    1. request and response time,
    2. information on errors which occurred during HTTP/HTTPS realizations
    3. URL address of the site formerly viewed by the User (referrer link) – in the case when the website was accessed through
    4. the referrer link on the User’s browser
    5. information on the browser information on IP address

  5. The above data are solely used for the purposes of the server administration.
